Par contre, ce n&rsquo;est pas du tout le cas pour celles qui sont privatis\u00e9es. Ces derni\u00e8res n&rsquo;effectuent jamais de contr\u00f4le en agglom\u00e9ration!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fichier qui contient l&rsquo;ensemble des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.data.gouv.fr\/fr\/datasets\/jeux-de-donnees-des-vitesses-relevees-par-les-voitures-radars-a-conduite-externalisee\/\">contr\u00f4les effectu\u00e9s par les voitures radars \u00e0 conduite externalis\u00e9e<\/a> publi\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Int\u00e9rieur le confirme. Comme on peut le voir sur les diff\u00e9rentes <a href=\"https:\/\/radar-prive.fr\/carte\/#content\">cartes<\/a> disponibles, les grandes villes sont exemptes de tous contr\u00f4les. L&rsquo;exemple de la ville de Rennes est frappant. Il en va de m\u00eame dans les petites agglom\u00e9rations situ\u00e9es sur les axes contr\u00f4l\u00e9s. Sur les axes secondaires, on constate que les voitures radars traversent bien les villes et villages situ\u00e9s sur leur parcours et que des contr\u00f4les sont bien effectu\u00e9s. Mais cela n&rsquo;entra\u00eene pas de verbalisation puisque le radar n&rsquo;est pas calibr\u00e9 \u00e0 la bonne vitesse pour enregistrer les infractions en zone 50! A chaque fois, la limitation de vitesse programm\u00e9e sur le radar est de 80 ou 90 km\/h au lieu des 50 r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p>\n\n<amp-ad width=\"100vw\" height=\"320\"\n     type=\"adsense\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8862304870712406\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"1642494932\"\n     data-auto-format=\"rspv\"\n     data-full-width=\"\">\n  <div overflow=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/amp-ad>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;absence de verbalisations appara\u00eet tr\u00e8s bien lorsque l&rsquo;on n&rsquo;affiche sur la carte uniquement les exc\u00e8s de vitesse. Comme on peut le voir,  il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de vitesse dans les travers\u00e9es d&rsquo;agglom\u00e9rations des villages bretons de Tresb\u0153uf, La Bosse de Bretagne, La Sel de Bretagne. Elle r\u00e9sulte, en fait, de limitations techniques du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radars-auto.com\/info-radars\/modele-radar\/gatso-millia.php\">cin\u00e9mom\u00e8tre embarqu\u00e9<\/a> dans les voitures radars. En effet, lorsque le radar est param\u00e9tr\u00e9 pour flasher \u00e0 50 km\/h et que la route contr\u00f4l\u00e9e comporte plusieurs voies de circulation, la voiture radar doit \u00eatre positionn\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler uniquement la voie limitrophe situ\u00e9e \u00e0 sa gauche. Cette consid\u00e9ration technique semble pourtant ne pas poser de probl\u00e8mes dans la travers\u00e9e d&rsquo;un simple village. La plupart du temps, il ne dispose que d&rsquo;une voie de circulation dans chaque sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;autre explication officielle au fait que le dispositif n&rsquo;est pas fonctionnel en milieu urbain tient au fait de la complexit\u00e9 des d\u00e9coupages des limites de vitesse autoris\u00e9es. En effet, on constate beaucoup d&rsquo;alternance entre les limitations \u00e0 50 ou 30 km\/h. Cela, \u00e0 cause de la pr\u00e9sence de nombreuses zone 30, notamment aux abords des ralentisseurs. Pourtant, les v\u00e9hicules radars disposent de cam\u00e9ras sur les plages avant et arri\u00e8re capables de lire les panneaux.
